Our History

Dr. Harmon Lushbaugh began his OB/GYN practice in the Colonial Village shopping center in Fayetteville in 1965. Dr. Lushbaugh was soon joined by Dr. George Cole in 1967 to become the Drs. Lushbaugh and Cole Clinic. In 1971 a new clinic was built on Lollar Lane on the hill above Wilson Park, at that time the clinic was renamed – Parkhill Clinic for Women. Dr. James Romine joined the practice in 1972.

In 1988, Dr. Scott Bailey joined the group and a new office building was planned to be located in the North Hills Medical Park. Parkhill Clinic for Women opened in the medical park in 1991. Dr. David Duke joined the practice in 1993 and Dr. James Gorman in 1996. Dr. Paige Partridge joined the group in 2000.

Parkhill Clinic for Women moved into Willow Creek Womens Hospital in Johnson Arkansas in 2001. Dr. Robert Hix joined the group in 2003 followed by Dr. Lindsey Seale in 2005. Dr. Emily Hinton joined the group in 2006 and Dr. Julian Terry in 2011.

Parkhill Clinic for Women has set the gold standard for obstetrics and gynecology care for women since 1965. In 2011 our clinic served over 40,000 women and delivered over 1,800 babies. Generations of women in the Northwest Arkansas area have put their trust in Parkhill and made it what it is today!


Our Team

Dr. Scott Bailey graduated from Bentonville High School in 1975. After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas where he was active in athletics, he attended medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Dr. Bailey completed his OB/GYN residency at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah Georgia and joined Parkhill Clinic for Women in 1988.

Dr. Bailey is active in medical staff leadership having served as chairman of the OB/GYN department and Surgery department at Washington Regional Medical Center, vice Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff at Willow Creek Women's Hospital as well as serving on the Medical Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Dr. Bailey is very interested in minimally invasive surgical techniques, including laparoscopic hysterectomy, robotic surgery, uro-gynecology including treatment for pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence.


Dr. Duke graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine in 1989. After receiving his medical degree he relocated to Wichita Kansas where he attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine to begin his training in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Duke completed his specialty training in 1993 at which time he moved to Fayetteville Arkansas and joined Parkhill Clinic for Women.

Dr. Duke is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and his special interest include minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, female urinary incontinence, infertility and general obstetrics and gynecology.


Dr. James Gorman received a Bachelor of Science from Rockhurst University in 1984. He then went to medical school at the University of Kansas, graduating in 1988. He studied Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kansas-Wichita, completing his residency in 1992.

Dr. Gorman is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He joined Parkhill Clinic for Women in 1997.


Dr. Emily Hinton joined Parkhill Clinic in 2006. Previously, she had been an Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School after completing her residency in OB-GYN at Parkand Hospital in Dallas, Texas.

She graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

She is board certified by the American College of OB-GYN.


Dr. Robert Hix joined Parkhill Clinic for Women in 2004. He received an undergraduate degree from Hendrix College.

He attended both medical school and residency at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

He is a diplomate of The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.


Dr. Paige Partridge joined Parkhill Clinic for Women in 2000 after completing a Residency in OB/GYN at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock.

She graduated from Hendrix College and the University of Arkansas Medical School.

She is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Partridge is very interested in minimally invasive surgical techniques, including laparoscopic hysterectomy, robotic surgery, uro-gynecology including treatment for pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence.


Dr. Lindsey Seale grew up in Harrison Arkansas. After graduating from the University of Arkansas, she attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Dr. Seale completed her OB/GYN residency in Augusta, Georgia and joined Parkhill Clinic for Women in 2002.

She is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Dr. Seale lives in Springdale with her husband, Greg and two children.


Dr. Julian A. "Tony" Terry joined Parkhill Clinic for Women in 2011 after obtaining his medical degree and completing a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

He is board eligible by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
